Asus MX279H vs Samsung S29D590P

Hey,
I will soon be building my first gaming pc and am stuck on which monitor to get. I quite like these two but Idk which one to go for. If you have either please tell me how they are. Also, is 60hz and 5ms enough ? I will be gaming with a gtx 780 and I5 4670k. If you have any other recommendations then please go ahead but keep in mind that I am from Australia so things are way more expensive and $400 is my max budget for the monitor. I will be buying from PCCG.

both great monitors. PLS would be sansung's approach to IPS so i would expect great panel performance from both in terms of color reproduction and viewing angle. 5ms is still great for gaming.asus though comes with premium audio in case you are interested and has an imput lag of 9ms which is excellent for an ips panel. samsung though is yet to be listed but i doubt it will beat that! http://www.displaylag.com/display-database/
