I'm about to build my first desktop PC, which will be used primarily for both business & gaming.
I've been searching around for parts a while.
TIgerdirect has this parts bundle on for 12 hours, and it contains most of what I want.
Here's the link:

Is this a good build? Or would it be best to just get all the parts individually myself?

I will be adding a graphics card. Probably a Nvidia 760, but I may go for the 780.

Not worth it. Here's a slightly better build and it's cheaper. the PSU in the deal you posted was junk to begin with... ( not recommended, but uses similar/ better parts)
