Is this normal for an GTX 760 SC?

So I just bought a GTX 760 SC and I'm not a tech guy or anything so is this normal? I'm currently playing arma 3 and my core clock is staying at 540 without going up or down in precision. I'm using a 2011 version of it so what's up do I have to change a setting, update or what?

Doesn't sound normal to me, update to the latest Precision X.

What settings and what resolution are you using?

Not playing any game now it's down to 135

My 780 ti's clock speed is 324 when I'm not playing a game.
I'm not sure what the min clock should be for your card.

For demanding games your clocks should be at least 1072MHz which is your base clock.

If you play an old game your clocks could potentially go down to 500 or 700 MHz because of the power saving features of the gpu.

Arma 3 is a heavy game and if you play the game with high settings you should get at least your base clock of a 1072 mhz.
