Get a Xeon 1231v3. i7 4770 performance for $50 less that the i7.
Pair it up with an H97 Pro4, and you will be set.

Do not buy an i7 4770. You can get the same performance for $50 less with a 1231v3. If you want CF/SLI capability, pair it up with a Z97 extreme3.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Extreme3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Other: Xeon 1231v3 ($252.99)
Total: $372.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

thank you...This is what i'm building
MBO ASROCK Z97 Extreme6,
Processor Intel I7 4790 BOX 3,6ghz
RAM 2X8 GB G SKILL Ares series 1600mhz
GPU GIGABYTE AMD RADEON R9 270X OC,2GB
PSU 750W XFX Core Edition 135mm Vent
It is a good one if you are going to add another GPU. But if it is a single gpu system then I'll say too much expense on the mobo and the processor. Get something like r9 280 or the X or gtx 760 or 770. And slim down to an i5 and a ''H'' or "B" model mobo. "Z" model is not needed.

The GPU is weak for that CPU, either ditch the CPU and get a 4690k with at least an R9 280x, or ditch the ram (get 2x4GB) and get a faster GPU, you can buy RAM later on.

I would go with 8gb ram over 16gb, Go with a less expensive H97 pro4, and use money saved towards better GPU. The 270x isn't horrible, but you can do better for the same amount of money.

1120 Euros = $1500. If we consider $500 as the as the taxes put on that items then we can consider that 1120 Euros worth part would be equal to $1000 parts. So I'll replace them with this parts:-

I found another GPU PCI-E SAPPHIRE AMD RADEON R9 280X VAPOR-X OC, 3GB DDR5, DualDVI, HDMI, 2x mini DP. So of that 3 GPU which do you recommendI'll personaly go for Vapor-X. But an OC 770 is slightly powerful(1-5%) than the OC r9 280x. If the 770 is OC'd one then go for that. But it's your choice.
