Ground myself with an aluminum window frame?

It is ok if I attach my antistatic wrist strap to the frame of an aluminum window?

Maybe a silly question but I really wan't to be sure before starting to build my rig

You really don't even need the wrist wrap anymore, I've gone without using one for years now..never had a problem. Either way as far as an aluminum window frame..I'd imagine that would be okay.
