What are you planning to use this for? What's your budget?

Just off the top of my head, I'd recommend spending $6 more and getting an i7-4790K to go with your Z97 board. It gets better temps and has a starting clock that's 500mHz higher than the 4770K. If getting the K model CPU indicates that you're going to overclock, you're going to want to add in a CPU cooler, too, or a water cooling system.

Unless you're stuck on the Nvidia card, at the same price point you can get a Sapphire R9-280X. For the PSU, I'd consider going with a brand that's got a better established reputation for building power supplies. In the same price range as the NZXt, you could get the Corsair HX750 which gets much better reviews, or alternatively there are several Rosewill and XFX in the same price and power range that have better efficiency ratings and reviews. I'd also consider stepping down to the 600-660 watt range and picking up a SeaSonic.

You spend almost $600 on processor/motherboard and only $230 on video card?

I would try to shift some of that money to your video card and try to get 4GB gtx 770, r9 280X, or r9 290

Unless you're an overclocking enthusiast, I wouldn't recommend that mobo, spend more on GPU
