As the title suggests I would like some help with how to render some videos.

So I am recording with DxTory at 720p, I have tried a few different render templates and this is pretty much the best I can get:

Which of course looks like absolute crap compared to this:

I know he uses Sony Movie Studio 13, and I believe he uses fraps, though I have tried fraps and it comes out the same. I would doubt it would be the Editing software difference, which means there must be something wrong in my render settings.

Anyone got any advice?

I can't view your video as it is marked private. What render settings have you tried?

Fixed it, the video is now viewable.

Tried:-
Field order: Progressive scan/Upper Field/Lower field
Full-resolution rendering quality: good/best
MainConcept AVC/AAC Internet HD 720p
Sony AVC/MVC Internet 1280x720-30p

A few other bit's I forgot to write down, and most combinations of these different things, the biggest problem I am facing is with the learning as I go and just experimenting to find what's best.

What sort of things do i need to specifically need to look at that I might be missing?

Also other games come out fine with MainConcept AVC/AAC Internet HD 720p

for example:

You might want to check out this link - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1940403/sony-veg.... It's a thread I responded to with links to sites that may help you determine the best settings. You may need to create a custom setting and continue to experiment to see what works best for you. Check out some of the links and it may shorten the process.
