So, if you get nowhere with warranty support like most who have a problem with a BitFenix product, you can just buy the part that failed?

This company seems to have found a convenient way to continue to not honor warranty claims while making extra cash from die-hard fans out there.

Other case manufacturers should take note.

This is something that more case manufacturers should be doing. Warranty issues aside BitFenix cases are pretty danged nice.

I once had a problem with a USB port on a Cooler Master case. They sent me a replacement Front I/O panel, no cost. Fast forward a few years and I have the same problem with an Azza case, and they want me to RMA the entire case.

It's safe to say the situation varies by company. But if they all just had a store where you can just buy these parts for low costs, it'd save them time and money, and save us consumers time and frustration.

Corsair has tons of parts available! http://www.corsair.com/en-us/shop?c=case-parts-and-acce... Prices can be better at some vendor websites though.

Exactly what I came here to say. Corsair is one of my favorite companies. Their products, solid. Warranty, Honored. Rebates, Quick. Customer Service, Awesome.
