Corsair VS Samsung

Hi there, I'm looking to buy a new SSD for my PC. I'm looking at buying either an SSD from Corsair or Samsung. Though it doesn't really matter what brand the SSD is.
Price range is from 100 to 170-ish, I don't know how the market is outside my own country (Sweden). But I've heard storage units are cheaper outside Sweden.


Specs (Doesn't really matter with storage units as of what I know)
I-5 4690k
VII-Hero (Asus)
Dominator platinum CL9 1866mhz (2x8192mb)
GTX-770 Twin-Frozr 2GB Version
600W Corsair PSU
1TB Seagate HDD (3 Years old)

Follow up question:
Should I scrap the idea of an SSD and buy a better/newer HDD instead?
