I'm trying to decide which card is the better option for me. I'm going to be playing minecraft, dayz standalone, cs:go and possibly g-mod. Which one of these cards will give me the best performance for the games that I'll be playing.

The 760 performs better, but its up to you to decide if 50 dollars is worth a few FPS. I would say get the 760, EVGA has astounding service and quality.

Okay so would you say its worth $50 for a few more fps or would it really not even be noticeable while playing the game?

It depends on the game, its ~7% faster, which can make a difference. If you are running 60 FPS on the 270x, it wont make much of a difference, but in demanding games that 7% could make it playable.

If you have the money to do so I would say its worthwhile, I would like to think I could notice the difference.

The games that I'll be playing are minecraft, dayz standalone, cs:go and possibly g-mod and I think the only game that would need the 7% more would be dayz standalone and I'm not sure if that would be worth it or not.

If you can spare the 50 it will be worth it. If you dont want to spend more, the 270X is a very strong card.

I would suggest the 270X and then use that $50 toward another upgrade or possibly a mouse or keyboard ( something like that ). At least that is what I would do since I would tweak the 270X and OC it so that I was gaining decent amount of performance ;)
