hi my PC specs are
RAM: 8 GB ddr3
Processor : intel core i3 2100
motherboard: intel DH61HO
current graphic card: ATI radeon HD 5450 2gb
i m from india

That power supply would barely power a $50 GT640 or r7 240 so I'll figure a power supply in the budget.

This power supply:

with this GPU:

I believe that should be right at 11k or $200 and it should match well with your i3.

if i buy bigger power supply will i be able to use a high end graphic card like GTX760 or anything else , is my motherboard compatible?

Yes, your motherboard is compatible with any pci-e video card.

What you could do though, is use a card like this. It will work on the same power supply, but it's quite a bit faster than the 7770(almost 100% faster).

For a GTX760 like this:

You would need something like this:

Honestly, I think the GTX750ti and 400w Seasonic would match up really well with your i3-2100, I just didn't know you would be willing to spend a little more than the others.

Honestly they're all pretty equal in quality, but some have longer or more lenient warranties. The warranties are different for your country than they are here so you'd have to research and see the warranty for your area.

I'd go with whichever one has the best deal for the amount of money you want to spend.

I've personally had MSI, Sapphire, Biostar, and Zotac and never had any problems with them other than a fan going out on a Biostar.
