GTX 550 ti with q6600

I want to upgrade my current 8800 GS card and get GTX 550 Ti
and i want to know if i will be able to play BF3 online on medium to low with the this hardware
mobo: MSI p35-neo-F
CPU: Q6600 @2.4 (can OC to 3.0GHZ but i don't like to risk it)
GPU: 550ti 1GB (evga 01G-P3-1556-KR)
RAM: 3GB 667MHZ (can upgrade to 4GB anytime)
PSU: EZCOOL 450watt

as i said the upgrade is from EN8800GS TOP ASUS to EVGA GTX550ti
