every time i turn my pc on with the power switch it turns on then off. The fans spin for a few seconds and the LED comes on but nothing besides that. Can someone please help!? im thinking it could be my mobo because when i opened it the spot where you mount the cpu had bent pins in one of the corners, im not sure if its suppose to be like that but if not then i think thats the problem. What do you guys think?

That would be a problem. What made you decide to remove the CPU? Were they already bent when you put it together? Include a pic.

I havent removed the cpu yet but ive tested most everything to see whats causing the problem. some pins were bent when i first opened the motherboard out of the package so i was thinking it is supposed to be like that plus the cpu fits in nicely without any problems. ill try to get a pic

You need a new motherboard. The bent pins WILL cause issues.

Yes, those bent pins will cause all kinds of errors.

Sorry it took me so long to get back, but yeah, that's your problem. You can try to straighten them, but it would be difficult.
