Which intel CPU can do about the same performance as the FX 8350?

depends on what "performance" you are talking about. Gaming, since they aren't multi-cored as much, the lower i5's and even some i3's can beat it. A true multi-core video editor or something like that, then you need the higher i5's or i7's. It all depends on what you are doing.
