Help choosing parts for PC Build

Hi,
I am planning to build my first computer and I want to be in 750-800$ Price Range but I am a bit overpriced with the parts I chose. These are the parts I have chose please help me choosing the Right parts to fit my budget:

And I want a Keyboard with flat "Laptop like" Keys, ones which do not make that clicking sound while typing.
Please Suggest Something to Cut Prices or maybe something better.

also id recommend changing the motherboard to a motherboard made by asrock or asus for quality/reliability reasons.
