Help choosing parts for PC Build

Hi,
I am planning to build my first computer and I want to be in 750-800$ Price Range but I am a bit overpriced with the parts I chose. These are the parts I have chose please help me choosing the Right parts to fit my budget:

And I want a Keyboard with flat "Laptop like" Keys, ones which do not make that clicking sound while typing.
Please Suggest Something to Cut Prices or maybe something better.
