Hi guys,

I am having a really tough time deciding what to do and really need your help.

I have a budget for around a $1000, and I can either buy a really good video card like a GTX 780Ti or a Titan Black, and I wanted to buy something expensive so it will last me long as I don't upgrade very often.

However, right now I currently have an older monitor I got a few years ago, its a 23" Samsung 1080p LCD.

So now I am wondering if I should buy a monitor and a video card instead of blowing it all on one really expensive video card.

Monitor I am looking at: MX299Q 29"
Video Card: GTX 760 6gb

What do you guys think??

Thanks to all who can help me!
