Can this PC handle 7770 HD ? And which is the best in ~100$ range?

My PC specs:

- Gigabyte G41M Combo
- Core2Due E7500 (2.93GHz)
- 4 (x1) GB DDR3 Kingston Ram
- PSU 450 Watt
- Installed drives: Samsung DVD RW Multi + WD HDD 1TB Blue.

So can it handle Radeon 7770 HD ? and is the PSU enough?

Finally, is that card the best option in budget range of 100$ ?

The motherboard can handle that gpu. The power supply will be sufficient.

Also, from what I can tell the 7770 is the best performing $100 card outperforming the GTX 740.
