My Rig:
Processor= i3 2100 3.1Ghz
Graphics Card= Nvidia Palit GTX660 2GB (Non ti)
RAM= 4GB
MOBO= Intel DH61WW
HDD=160GB (internal) 1TB( External)
Monitor= LG L1952S 17 inches (Max Resolution 1280x1024)

I know when there comes resolution, it always uses GPU. But when I pull the Resolution scale to 150% or sometimes 200%(A Nightmare) BF4 Lags like a HELL !!! 10-15 fps in 150% and 5 fps in 200%. Damnnnnn. !!!!!

Is this because of my Graphics card or Processor or RAM??

What in the world are you doing turning the resolution scale up that high? You shouldn't even be turning that on at all with that setup. To answer your question, you're running out of GPU horsepower and VRAM. Your system RAM is below the BF4 recommended amount of 8GB for 64-bit operating systems. Your CPU is also below the recommended cutoff.

None.
Increasing the resolution scale above 100% is a nearly pointless complementary SSAA effect known as downsampling. It's not usually recommended. Don't bother with it.

Thank You.

One more Question.... Is the combination of i7 3770 (non K, because its a bit costly and i am not going to overclock it) and my GTX660 favorable for Crysis 3 and BF4??

For you a i7 3770 would be a considerable cpu upgrade for those games yes.
Another 4 gb of ram would also be optimal.

i7 and 660 is good, I had i7 and 670 for a while and it was a decent setup, don't change resolution to scale above 100 and bf4 runs a lot better with 2xmsaa vs. 4xmsaa that's what I did prior to getting a 780ti.

Your sysyem is pretty balanced excpet like previously stated go up to 8gb of ram first, your current resolution isn't as demanding as 1080p. I would consider a g-sync monitor next when they come out as going up to 1080p will lower your frames per second and g-sync should make 40-60fps feel a lot better. Without g-sync going below 60 makes the game feel slow.

CPU and GPU would be your next upgrades when you are ready and windows 8.1 if you haven't done so already. My bf4 ran a lot better on 8.1 than 7 and overall experience is zippier on 8.1.
