what is better a XFX HD7950 Double Dissipation or a r7 265 or a 750ti ftw?

Im building a new pc this summer, but i dont know which GPU is better. im looking to play the most games on high/ultra 1080p
Specs:
Processor: Amd 8350
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0
Memory: G.Skill 8 GB DDR3-1866

I've got the XFX DD HD7950, it's cooler was, for me, terrible, it kept the temperatures below 75C under heavy load but the noise was so bad I swapped its cooler for a Gelid Icy Vision!
Noise issues aside, the 7950 is head and shoulders above the others in terms of performance: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-graphics-card-revi...
Check prices on the DAY you intend to make the purchases, online prices vary by the hour!
Also consider the R9 280-it's essentially the same card as the HD7950 just with a different name BTW.

Thanks for your reply, i have also posted it on youtube and a lot say the HD7950, i think it would be a tough choice.
