How to format main harddrive

I have an Acer Aspire 7560G and i want to reset it fully to it's original state
(how i bought it in store) But if i use Acer Erecovery disk and i select the option i want it says that the drive has to be empty to use this option

How can i fully format my main HDD (so it will also fix bad sectors) without installing anything on it?

What option are you selecting and what are all of the other options?

I select the one to reinstall everything, drivers, windows, (changing everything back to how it came out of box)

But i'm going to make install of windows on a usb so i can boot into that one and format my main harddrive if that will work, ill tell you if it worked
