Cooler Zalman CNPS80F on FX 6300 ?

Hello friends, I have an FX 6300 and the same as everyone knows, has the power of 95W, need to know if I run some risk using a Cooler ZALMAN CNPS80F, which has support for AM3 + 82W, the specifications of the cooler in compatibility, it informs the follows:

I noticed that the cooler supports AM3 + processors working at maximum 82W, need to know if I would have any problem using this cooler on my FX 6300 processor.

I would not get that CPU cooler, it will perform poorly and will be loud.
