How do I sign in?

I am listed but i am not finding the link to sign in with my name and password. I do not have any of the Facebook Twitter or google +

I used to be able to sign in but it seems that something has changed in Tom's startpage

You seem to be signed in now, or you wouldn't be able to post this...

There should be just a 'Sign in' link immediately underneath the G+ button at the top right of every page.
