best ram for 7700k apu

Hello!

I would like to know what is the best rams for amd A10 7700k(for gaming)
I have read a lot about ram in kaveri apu's but what i have achive till now is getting more confuse.
In some benchmarks i have read 1866 speed is the best because in lower speed(1600) fps decrese and in 2133mhz what i undestand is that they produce more errors or something like that and despite your fps improvement you have some issues on graphics.I may do some mistakes of what i read about 2133 mhz in ram but the fact dont change that they recommended 1866mhz for gaming.
Amd said in general that 2133 and 2400 dual rank is the best for kaveri.(Didnt say specific for gaming)
So these 2 things contradict each other.And what if you put inside the triptych of ram space,ram frequency and ram Latencies.
Well for me is a mind blow situation and i would appreciate some help.

According to this study, 2133 is the sweet spot, and 2400 is even better if you have the money to burn, but 1866 will work well enough.

Edit: The memory used for test : AMD Performance Series Radeon Memory 2 x 4GB DDR3 @ 1866 (CL9) by default and 2133 (CL11) and 2400MHz (CL12)

I have the a10-7700k , specs says it support 1866mhz ram. I tested gaming with 2x4g kingston hyperx predator :
First at ram speed 1866mhz 10-10-10-30 1T 1.5v it works fine, no issue no crashs
Then at 2133mhz 11-12-11-28 1T 1.6V windows boot everything seems ok but system freezes on gaming and the game is forced to close.
Got lucky with this set of ram, oc at 2400mhz 11-12-11-30 1,65v 1T system boot, but same issue games freezes
Now the cool thing , at 3200mhz 12-12-12-36 2T 1.8 V system boot but games freezes.
The problem was not the cpu but the igpu, the igpu max vram frequency supported on the a10-7700k is 1866(933mhzx2)
So I have no clue how some benchs states the a10-7700k + a 2133mhz ram or even 2400mhz, I know that the a10-7850k and 7870k could run games at 2133 and 2400 mhz ram but not the 7700k neither the a8-7600
