HDMI or Display port WITH two monitors running DVI.

I've read the forums and either it went over my head (geeked out) or I just didn't see it. Here's what I've got... and would love some input, please. I have 3 monitors (ASUS VE276) which will accept HDMI, DVI, and Display Port. I just recently purchased a Sapphire R9 290X video card and want to know what the best connections are. I am currently running :
1. Center monitor = Display Port
2. Outer monitors (left and right) = DVI

Question is.... should I continue running the center monitor on Display Port or should I change it to HDMI? Furthermore, if I change the center monitor to HDMI, should I also change one of the others to Display Port instead of DVI??? I'm just curious as to what will give me the best video quality.... BTW.... this system is primarily used for gaming only however, I'm not above using it to watch movies and videos.

All three interfaces are digital. It either works or it does not. Image quality should be exactly the same bit-for-bit, pixel-for-pixel.
