So I'm deciding between three laptops to get, and I'm not sure which one to get (plus I'm not a computer guru like you guys are so I want your help).

I'm deciding between these 4:

1. Toshiba - Satellite 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 6GB Memory - 750GB Hard Drive - Satin Gold (Model: E45T-B4204)

2. Toshiba - Satellite 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 6GB Memory - 750GB Hard Drive - Smart Silver; Model: E45T-A4100 (Does anyone know the difference between the Gold and the Silver?)

3. Lenovo - IdeaPad U430 Touch 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 4GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive - Gray Metal- Model: 59399722 (I'm leaning towards this one, but I'm kind of nervous since there are some really negative reviews about its wifi)

4. Asus - VivoBook 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 6GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive - Silver
Model: Q301LA-BSI5T17

Thank you! Or if all of these suck, what other laptops (below $700) are better than these?

Not much... Just doing work, browsing stuff on the internet, watching videos (on youtube) and movies. I don't really game or anything.

In that case, most of these choices would be more than adequate for your daily tasks. However, the Lenovo would make it easier to multi-task with its Intel Core i7.

I like this Acer model because of its design, price, and I have an Acer at home that's lasted me for quite awhile.

Thank you! I have some reservations about the Lenovo because there have been complaints about its wifi... Is it really the best of the 4?

If the reviews of the WiFi seem common, then I would advise against it. Technically speaking, the Lenovo is a better choice. However, i5 Processors are still perfect for your casual needs.

In regards to the Toshiba laptops, the Satin Gold has a slightly better processor, but other than that they're both the same. It really just comes down to your color and design preference.

Yeah they're very common. I don't know computer talk but they said it has some crappy wifi chip... But is there that much of a difference between a i7 and i5 processor? Ugh I'm so torn... I don't know what to get.
