Hey all!

This is my first attempt in quite awhile at putting together a system than can handle modern performance requirements. I was wondering If I could get some community insight into whether there were components that would provide increased benefits for similar prices to what I have chosen here. What I have so far:

Intel i5-4670k: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116899&cm_re=i5_4670k-_-19-116-899-_-Product
MSI - Z97 Gaming 7 MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130768&cm_re=MSI_z97-_-13-130-768-_-Product
ASUS GTX 760: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121775&cm_re=GTX_760-_-14-121-775-_-Product
Samsung 840 EVO 250gb: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA29P1EC5222&cm_re=ssd-_-20-147-248-_-Product
Seasonic 750w PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151087&cm_re=750_psu-_-17-151-087-_-Product
Antec 900 ATX Mid: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129021&cm_re=antec_900-_-11-129-021-_-Product
16gb
2x8gb DDR3

I will probably get a second GTX 760 for SLI shortly after putting the rig together. With the SLI, do you think this would be capable of running most newer games on ultra settings in HD? Thanks in advance for all the suggestions!

I would drop the z97 board for a cheaper z87 board and put the money to a single better graphics card as dual graphics cards never really gain too much performance maybe a r9-290 and 8gb of ram this will serve you fine in all games at max settings

Yeah, believe me I would love to invest more into a stronger GPU, but I already own the gtx 760 = (. Perhaps I can sell it and then upgrade to the R9, I just dont have ~ $500 for it after buying the new components, which is basically everything minus the GPU and Ram.

the only thing you could better with that build besides gpu and ram is since youre getting a z97 board you should get a 4690k it will save you the overheating of the 4670k due to better thermal paste between die and ihs and is only slightly more money
