What motherboard drivers do i install?

i have an asus z97-a mother board. im running a windows 7 64bit. I need to download the chipset, audio, and lan drivers. If you check out the link there are two drivers for chipset and lan. which ones do i pick or do i download both?

the top one of the chipset and the bottom one of the LAN

how do you know? just so i have an idea and am not completely lost

the chipset driver I refer to is the latest version they list.

the LAN driver on the bottom is an actual driver the one above is some kind of acceleration software.
