slow in loading and boot

I face slow in openingand loading in games some times crash and boot open browser
i remove my gpu and try the mother alone the problem still exist
PSU:antec 450W
GPU:gigabyte R7 260x 2g oc gddr5
CPU:intel pentium E5700
Mother:Gigabyte G41mT-S2P
Ram:6 GB
is there problems in bios or?

It's unlikely to be a BIOS problem if it used be okay and you haven't changed any BIOS settings.

Test the hard drive and, if that's healthy, test the RAM modules:

Hard Drive testing (system drive): You'll need to make a bootable CD from the CD Image of SeaTools for DOS:

RAM testing: You'll need to make a bootable CD from the CD Image of Memtest86:
http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm#free

Use IMGBurn to create the CDs from the CD Images: http://filehippo.com/download_imgburn

Boot your PC from one of the CDs to test either the hard drive or the RAM as appropriate.

Bear in mind that these are basic troubleshooting steps. I'm not positively saying that either of them are faulty, but you can't be sure until you test them.

My HDD is WD maybe it form HDD i will try it and i found 3 bad sector and i repair them BTW
I use (can you run it site) to see game requirements it do not detect my GPU card it detect the mother

so the problem maybe in mother?
and i play games and work but there is loading lagg
