If fps games are your main concern for kb/mouse i'd suggest focusing on a new mouse unless the kb is failling on you.
Tell us how you grip your mouse

Palm:
Roccat kone pure military

(IMO Its worth the extra 6£ for the advanced sensor and it's non interpolated dpi implementation)

Or if you can't raise the budget get an unbloated 3090 sensor mouse
Logitech g400 (not the -s version!)

Claw:
Wait for the new zowie fk1- it'll be available soon or get the previous version

The Logitech G400 would definitely do the job for the budget. Your budget doesn't allow much so I would focus on the mouse like ihaveapc said. What games are you playing Josh Hollis?
