24inch 75hz low budget gaming monitor

I want to buy a new gaming monitor. I play games like watch dogs, bf, cod maxed out. I prefer 75hz, because 120+ is to expensive for me. I saw the benq rl2455hm but that one is 60hz. I want a 24inch monitor, under €200 ~ $150 and with hdmi and fast response. Thank you (sorry for my english)

You would barely see any difference between 60hz vs 75hz. If the rl2455hm is in your budget, it would be good enough.
