Good PSU or not?

Why are there multiple 12v rails on the PSU do they all equal to one rail or what because the GPU requires at least 30a on the 12v rail.

There is only one 12 volt rail @ 45 amps. The power supply is good and the thinner cables will make cable management easier.

I'm going to go with the seasonic, I really like the look of the cables and its good for all of my specs but thanks for all of the help.

The seasonic one is fine. It is a just a pricing thing. For example you can get the SeaSonic G-750 SSR-750RM for $100 after rebate and it will provide more headroom for future upgrades.
