I am new here, i don't know if this is the place to ask, but i'll try.

My videocard is the Sapphire Radeon HD 7750. Everything went fine, untill my mom accidently bumped into the cable going from my card to the monitor. After this my monitor would just be black, so i turned off my PC, opened the case, and i saw that my card was unplugged. I plugged it back in, turned on the PC and it worked. Except for when i tried to start up certain programs. When trying to start up Fraps, i got an error saying it failed to initialize DirectX. This also happened with Movie Maker, and every call of duty game. When i googled the problem, it said i should reinstall my drivers. So i uninstalled my drivers, restarted my PC, went to http://support.amd.com/en-us/download and selected this:

I installed everything but when booting up my computer again, and i opened Catalyst Control Center it said this:

Is this normal? And if not, how can i fix it?
