Is this a good mainstream gaming build?

Hi,
I'm trying to build a budget mid-range gaming PC that would be able to run games like latest Crysis, Need for Speed & Battlefield at medium~high settings.

mobo: Asus H81M-A
cpu: Intel Core i3 4130
gpu: GeForce GT 240
mem: Corsair 1-stick 4GB DDR3 CMX4GX3M1A1333C9
ssd: SanDisk 64GB SDSSDP064G (+ some hdd I already own)

Any feedback is appreciated!

Actually I already own the video card :(
I want to replace my older parts (P5N-E SLI mobo, Core 2 Duo E6600, 3gb ddr2)

Well sorry to say your GT240 is just too old for games like Battlefield or even Crysis at even the lowest settings. I would suggest getting the GTX 750 ti. It is about 5X more powerful.

OK, let's say I get the GTX 750 ti, is the mobo (Asus H81M-A) good enough? Might there be another bottleneck in my build?

If you're not aiming for a low powered build go for the R9 270 since it's around the same price but will give you higher fps.

The H81 mobo will work fine. No bottlenecks either except maybe the 4gb ram. Ideally 6GB is what you need but since it's hard to find it for a cheap price you might as well get 2, 4gb sticks of ram.
