Which build should I go with?

I'm a 1st time PC builder and I want to build my own PC for the experience and for fun. I'm mainly going to use it for gaming. I was wondering which build I should go with(and if I could get better parts for the same/cheaper price)

1st Build

2nd Build
CPU- AMD FX-8350 $175 (NCIX)
Motherboard- ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 $140/128 (SuperBiiz)
GPU- Sapphire Dual-X R9 280 $220/200 (NE)
RAM- Kingston Blu Red Series (2 x 4GB) $72 (NCIX)
HDD- Seagate ST1000DM003 $58/53 (OutletPC)
Case- Corsair Spec-01 $50/40 (NE)
Power Supply- EVGA 600W $60/40 (NE)
Optical Drive- Asus DRW $17 (OutletPC)

For the 1st build I also had other GPUs I was looking at:

i will prefer the second one mainly because of the GPU but the psu of the 1st one is better
