First time builder, does my partlist look okay?

I have been researching budget gaming builds for awhile now, and have come up with this list. I have never built a pc before, so I just wanted some expert opinions on everything before I start buying. I am aiming to play rust, TF2, dayz, and skyrim with mods. I just need the games to be playable/enjoyable, I dont need 60+fps. Thanks!
