Approximate Purchase Date: As soon as possible. Hopefully this week.
Budget Range: €800 (kind of flexible, but any more than 800 and I will have to wait a couple weeks)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Photoshop, Internet surfing.
Are you buying a monitor: Yes
Parts to Upgrade: First build, I need everything except keyboard and a mouse.
Do you need to buy OS: Yes, will get it from reddit software swap so it will be around €12
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: http://www.hardwareversand.de/ seems to be the best site that I've been linked to so far in terms of pricing, but I'm willing to shop from other sites as long as they accept visa debit or paypal and they ship to Ireland.
Location: Ireland, Co. Wicklow
Parts Preferences: No preferences so far, first build.
Overclocking: Maybe, I'm not sure on how risky it is vs how much it improves performance.
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe, not sure on what these are. (multiple video cards?)
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 seems to be the most common at the moment. preferably not too expensive so i can buy another one of the same in a few months.
Additional Comments: Going to be used for heavy gaming, CoH2, Witcher 3, GTA V, maybe SC2 and many more. Want to be able to run games on high settings for at least 3 or 4 years. Will be running 2 monitors when I can afford a 2nd one. Will need an SD card reader but that can wait a bit if they are expensive. If you think I've left anything out please let me know, I've been posting on different forums trying to figure this out but my brains a little frazzled right now.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My 8 year old Lenovo Thinkpad laptop is on it's last legs and I've been waiting to get a gaming pc since I a wee lad.
