Buy new cpu now or wait?

Hello,
I'm planning on buying a new CPU by the end of summer and while searching a bit i saw that Intel is planning to release 6-core non extreme CPU that will also support DDR4.
So my question is,is it worth waiting for them?Also will they be around current i7 prices (250-300 euros) or much higher?
And if not wait for them,should i opt out for i5 4590 or the fx 8350? (i don't plan to O.C.)

The system will be used mainly for gaming and i don't plan on upgrading for another 5 years at least.

Wait for an i7 5820k, 6 cores/12threads. Will be around 300-350 Euros which is a very good price for that CPU.

I never really wait for a CPU. At least not ore than a few weeks after announcement. I build with the most suitable that's available at the time I need something. There will always be better, faster, cheaper, blah-er processors coming down the road. The minute I build something I expect it to be not the best anymore, but still be good enough to do the job it was built for.
