APU vs CPU + GPU builds

I'm planning on building a computer an a relativly tight budget. Right now I'm split between buying an A10-7850 with 8 gb of ram, or getting fx-4350 + r7 260x + 4 gb of ram. Which should I go for?

Well I already own most components, all I need is ram, a power supply, a motherboard as well as a CPU/GPU or APU. I'm trying to stay under 300 usd.

so you need ram, gpu/cpu or apu, psu and mb for $300? Buy a console or save more money. You're not going to be happy getting a PC at the price to do any decent gaming on. You pretty much need a whole tower, minus a HD, and you can't do that decently for $300 if you want to game.
