Well first off the sound card is a waste of money, as are the Creative tin can speakers. If you're going to get PC speakers, especially for video editing, get some good ones, or don't get any.Your monitor will have speakers built in that will sound about as good as those Creative tin cans. Also your SSD is ridiculously expensive and it's from a company that is no longer in business (OCZ's SSD unit was sold to Toshiba earlier this year). You can get a far less expensive SSD that will perform better like a Crucial M550, or a Samsung 840 Evo for less money. Use that difference and upgrade your speakers.

Hey!
Thanks for the advice! I removed the sound card and the speakers, and changed my SSD to the Samsung
MZ-7TE250BW. Do you have any recommendations for a sound card and speakers? Thanks again!
