Yes, if you are going to buy a pre-built PC I recommend replacing the PSU straight away if you upgrade it.
Answering your questions, If you a buy a new PSU and a 660 you can put it in the PC, the case should be large enough to fit a 660.
The 660 being a medium-high card it probably won't run Ultra 1080p at a stable or rather high FPS but you will get by on High.

It probably could, but I'm no very fond of Gigabyte motherboards, you should look for individual reviews of the CPU and motherboard, you should also have in mind that it doesn't include windows, that's an extra amount, you could also try and buy the parts you like and build yourself your own computer, its a great experience to do so and more satisfactory.

I would but this is a good build apart from needs upgraded psu and add a graphics card

When building I'm worried it won't connect up properly and the case USB and power wires won't connect up

In that case the GTX 660 will work and the PSU upgrade will be recommended, if you really like that build go for it, just be sure that the gpu fits in the case.

Thanks for the replys but

Does anyone know 100% that I can install a GTX 660 into the components in that case? I'm worried that the psu won't replace and the gtx 660 won't fit in

I couldn't find any information on the specific case of that build, but your motherboard and cpu can handle a Gtx 660, so it all depends on the measure of the case, you should ask the seller
