Hardware specs for cyberpowerpc leave me clueless, so can I have accurate opinions?

I know mostly basic things about the software parts of computers, but very little about the hardware part. I've been looking to build a gaming desktop that can run games like Skyrim, Fallout, and Borderlands 2. I'm wondering if anyone would care to go to cyberpowerpc and customize a computer with the specs that can run those games on ultra settings and last me at least 3 or 4 years, and I'm looking to keep it under $1500 - or if someone already has a good build they would care to share (that rhyme, haha). If it's a matter of upgrading the graphics card in 2 years or so, then one that can easily run those games should be fine. Thanks! :D Also, no water cooling, or overclocking, or any of that complicated (by complicated, I mean extra effort on stuff I don't know) stuff!

It'd be better to build one yourself...I got you hold on.

That would be my suggestion, I would have to work in the monitor, keyboard, or whatever else you want in it...but that is a solid build and a really nice black/red theme going with it...the case even has a window to show off the nice red & black theme.
