How is this build?

I'm going to be building a new system soon, and I'd like some opinions on this set-up. This machine will be used for gaming, but I won't be playing anything super demanding. Mainly games such as DotA 2, CS:GO, and Skyrim. As long as it can run most games on mid to high settings for a few years then I'll be happy. Besides gaming, I'll also use this computer as a media player, web browsing machine, and for other basic, daily tasks.

Processor: Intel Core i5-4570
GPU: AMD R9 270X
Motherboard: ASRock z87 PRO4
RAM: Crucial 8GB Kit
HDD: Western Digital 1 Terabyte Hard Drive
SSD: Crucial M500 120GB
PSU: Corsair Builder series CX 600 watt
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912

Do you think that these components will work well together?

Yes they work together, Change the PSU to something from EVGA Antec XFX or Seasonic because the CX Series from Corsair uses Chinese Capacitors. If you want to buy a PSU from Corsair go for one of the high end models like the AXi and AX series

About 900 dollars. What would you change? Where do you think the bottleneck is? Thanks

Way to skimp on the motherboard.

And that case is terrible.

The case has 150 great reviews and the motherboard has 15 great reviews, it does the job and does it well. You don't need to spend $100 on a motherboard that isn't even z97

If you're basing your component choices on reviews then I'm sorry but I can't take you seriously.

Do you have any knowledge whatsoever I have built a computer and the motherboard and case have good reviews all around the internet, I know what I am doing, Linus Sebastian (LinusTechTips) said always check reviews around online

I've also built a computer. What's your point? Anyone can build a computer. LinusTechTips isn't a reliable source of information. Besides, when he says check reviews, he means expert reviews, not user reviews. I can't believe I'm actually having this conversation... Your build is terrible, and a huge waste of money. If OP buys that I genuinely feel sorry for him.

Excuse me? How is my build terrible I can play BF4 60+FPS with AA ON! You can't
Linus is a reliable source because he actually builds loads of computers and fixes them every day. I bet you don't, now come on and don't argue because this is silly

Why 4430 when 4460 is the same price? Why Z97 motherboard with locked CPU? Why slower RAM than mine that costs more and isn't dual channel? Why GTX 770 when the R9 280X performs identically but is cheaper? Why not Corsair 300R when it costs the same as the 200R? There are other case choices at that price anyway, like the Core 3000 or Shinobi. Why 650W PSU?

Please, stop wasting people's money. Just because you've built a computer doesn't mean you know anything about components.

Ladies and gentlemen, knock off the petty bickering and keep your comments on topic. One more outburst and I'll lock this thread. @Graphiicz, you've already been warned about your behavior by one of my colleagues.
