i7 CPU combo

Hi guys, I've decided I want to make the upgrade to an i7 CPU (preferably an i7 XXXXK so I can overclock), but I'll need to get a new MOBO to go with it, Ideally I'd like the board to be mostly black so it will go with my case...

I'd also like to get a watercooler, such as a Kraken X60 or something similar?

what would you guys suggest? please provide links in your comments

I don't really have a budget at the moment, not too sure how much I'd be willing to invest into it all but I'd like it as cost effective as possible

The X61 is the best AIO out there (not sure how it compares to the swiftech coolers, but I would get the X61. How about this motherboard (someone may suggest a better one as I am still learning my way around z97 motherboards) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132118

I agree with my compatriot here, I have its H97 counterpart, and even on that one, the performance is delightful even with my Xeon! And the heatsinks are painted gold, that has to be awesome!
