Im getting this:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ULTRA-FAST-Quad-Core-8GB-1TB-Gigabyte-A88-Gaming-Pc-Computer-AMD-HD-Graphics-VEN-/371095303050?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item566700f38a

And i understand i will need to buy a new PSU.

Questions:

1) will i be able to install a gtx 660 to this PC?
- Will it connect up ok? Will the back open for the graphics card connecters to fit?

2) is the psu top or bottom of the case?
- what psu will i need to buy to fit and connect everything including the graphics card gtx 660?

1) Yes, but why would you buy an APU to add a GPU to? The A8 is not a very fast processor, in fact a pentium dual core combined with a GPU will be faster than it combined with a GPU.
2) You will need a new name brand power supply around 500w for a GTX660. This computer says it comes with a 500w, but doesn't list the brand like it does for the other parts, so I would be suspicious of it.

i want this PC and it is fast.

But will a gtx 660 fit in this case, and will extra fans on the back and side fit and install to the motherboard?

And will the psu be on top or bottom

I wouldn't trust this sale.... That's a crappy price for a crappy system with little room for upgrade without dumping almost the same amount of money in to make it step up.

The CPU is good? It's not really that good.... it's rather medium.... it's apparent you don't really need help if your mind is set. You obviously know what you want so go for it.

If you're looking to turn this into a games machine, I wouldn't.
There's a reason it is only £230.

You'll end up spending £600, and ending up with a system that is sub-par to what you could build for £600.

Think about it: A new 600w cw PSU is £40 and the gtx 660 is £99 so that's only £370 spent for a good pc

And you were also talking about replacing the CPU.
The case will have poor cable management and air flow.
No USB 3 ports on the case.

You're buying the PSU and graphics subsystem twice.

And you still need to buy an OS.

The cables are neat i saw a pic from the seller, and i dont care about USB 3.0 anyway.

And i will just buy a FX850 or whatever it is sometime for £120

But this a8-6600k with a gtx 660 will do me games on high, and thats fine for me.

and the case has a front fan 2 side fans and a back fan

and i allready have a OS disk ready

ive been put off now tho, be honest with a GTX 660 and that A8-6600K for now will that run Atleast HIGH on BF4/Arma 3?

And with just the 6600k intergrated will that run 100+ on CS:GO?
