Which is better MSI Z97 XPOWER AC or ASUS MAXIMUS VI FORMULA?

As the title says which is better the MSI Z97 XPOWER AC or the ASUS MAXIMUS VI FORMULA I plan to do some mild overclocking nothing to insane and I'm planning out the color scheme for my build either white black and red or black/gun metal grey and yellow.
