how to setup triple FreeSync monitors?

hello everyone.
I know I need a monitor that supports displayport 1.2 to get the benefit of freesync.
but since the gpu has only 1 displayport-out( or is it? I am not sure) , does that mean I cant use multiple monitor setup with freesync?
or , if i use 3 gpus for 3 monitors will it work then?

I realize your question is a little old, but I'm not sure if you got an answer elsewhere or not.

FreeSync is not out yet - Adaptive Sync is going to be incorporated as part of the Displayport 1.2a (not 1.2) standard when monitors start sporting a 1.2a port (I do not believe any have this, yet) and then AMD graphics cards will have drivers for FreeSync.

If the GPU has only one DP-out, that is correct, you would only be able to use one monitor using FreeSync. You would need multiple graphics cards for each monitor, and that's assuming AMD supports that configuration for FreeSync Eyefinity setups.

AMD already release some FAQ in regards to FreeSync and Adaptive Sync but I think there is still a lot unanswered question. Also to use FreeSync in games you need GCN 1.1 cards.
