Where should I put my 120mm fan?

I'm trying to decide where I want to put my 120mm fan. I already have 1 for the rear and 1 for the top. I'm not sure where I want to put my third fan, on the front of the case or the bottom of the case. Which one would be more beneficial for air flow/cooling?

front of the case since there is more cool air for it to draw in from the front compared to the bottom
