First time pc build, need advice

Hi all. im working on building my first computer, my system is for gaming, i dont do any editing and i stream movies and stuff on other devices so this is just for games, i wanna play stuff like arma 3 and fps games like that which brings in my first question, is this build overkill for a game like that or would it not be able to run stuff like that? And what kind of games would this be running?

Also are these parts compatible, and are there any parts i will need like after market fans etc? And also will this power supply be sufficient?

Finally are there any suggestions to it or some improvements i could make?

I would greatly appreciate some help, dont be afraid to tell me if its all wrong, im very new to this!

no clue why u wanna buy OS?, but here is what i recommend, with better cpu + hydro cooler to oc it to 4.4 easily. Better monitor, and a hybrid ssd-hdd. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ymckWZ

Why do you want to have 850watts? Do you want to go for crossfire? Maybe get a good 990X/990FX motherboard for that too.
