Computer problems (freezes)

Hey guys! i just built a new computer! however, ive been experiencing issues. I built it about a month ago and I was getting an error that said WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. I tried doing something to fix that but I'm not sure if it worked. However, today i was playing a game and it froze so I dont know how to fix it. I would like to know what is wrong and how to fix it! thanks!

Specs for help:
intel core i7 4770K
16 GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
asus P97-A Mobo
750 W PSU
120 GB SSD for boot
1 TB harddrive
aftermarket heat sink - Hyper 212 from cooler master.

What make and model of the PSU? Freezes are generally PSU related.

The PSU is a corsair CX750M 750W R. It seemed like a good one but I dont know, thanks!

Run HWInfo and check voltages. This will tell you whether the PSU voltages are within specs - 3V, 5V, 12V.

with newer motherboards does the mb have the newest bios file?? ram set to xmp profile and running at the right speed???

I updated the bios, yes.

Im still confused, what do you recommend I do? I already updated the BIOS
