How soon should I replace this drive?

My computer recently slowed down to a snails pace and Windows started warning me about hard drive failure. I found the following problems after installing crystal disk:

Reallocated sectors count (red) current: 1 worst: 1 Threshold: 5 Raw values: 0000000007D0

Current Pending sector count (yellow) current: 100 worst: 100 Threshold: 0 Raw values: 000000000028

Crystal disk says my hard drive is in bad condition but is there a fix? Do I need to fix it immediately? Should I run out and buy a replacement drive? Should I stop using my computer until I have a fix?

Any help will be appreciated.

For cloning (making an exact copy of the entire disk) you need to connect the hard disk to a different computer and then use a cloning software. There are a few good free cloning software that you can download and run.

There is Acronis (free download from WD's website)

Clonezilla: http://clonezilla.org/

Apricorn (this is what I use): http://www.apricorn.com/products/software/ezgig.html

EaseUS: http://www.easeus.com/backup-software/ (I have used this) - look for the clone option.

Cloning is a straight forward task and yes you can do it. Just follow the directions carefully. It is like any other task even though the term "cloning" may sound exotic.
